This project focused on improving all-weather access for a New York–area residential property with multiple entrances and exposed passage areas. The homeowner wanted consistent rain protection at the main entry and side doors, plus extended coverage along a narrow walkway where runoff and slippery steps were a recurring issue. After confirming on-site measurements, we customized a powder-coated stainless steel canopy system to match the façade and existing railings while keeping the structure lightweight and clean-looking. The installation team prepared mounting points, aligned the wall brackets and front support posts, and assembled the curved panel sections for smooth drainage. Once secured, the new canopies created a more comfortable entry experience, reduced splashback near the doors and windows, and gave the exterior a more finished, coordinated look across the property.
