Full-Home Glass Railing Upgrade (Powder Coated Stainless Steel + Clear Glass)
This project covered multiple areas of a New York–area residence, including interior stair runs, a landing guard, and an outdoor roof/terrace edge where the client wanted a clean, modern look without blocking light or views. We started by confirming measurements on site and reviewing the layout for each section, then finalized the glass panel sizes, corner transitions, and handrail alignment to keep everything consistent from floor to floor and outdoors.
For the interior stairs and landing, we installed clear glass panels with powder coated stainless steel posts and mounting hardware to match the home’s black-and-white trim style. The handrail lines were set to flow smoothly through the turns and landings, keeping the space open while improving safety. Outdoors, we completed the roof/terrace perimeter with the same clear-glass concept and powder coated stainless steel framing/rails to handle exterior exposure and maintain a sharp, uniform finish. After installation, we checked panel spacing, level, and rigidity, then completed final cleanup so the glass read as one continuous, minimal barrier across the entire property.
