This community project installed a modern, low-profile awning system to provide reliable weather protection while keeping the façade open and bright. The goal was a clean, consistent look across multiple homes—without sacrificing daylight or visibility.

We delivered a custom powder coated stainless steel frame paired with clear panels, supported by reinforced cross members and rigid posts for long-term stability. The powder coated finish gives a sleek, uniform appearance and added corrosion resistance for year-round outdoor exposure. Once installed, the awnings help block rain and runoff at entry and balcony areas, improve everyday comfort, and elevate curb appeal with a sharp, contemporary architectural detail.
