This NYC townhouse wanted a cleaner, brighter curb look while improving everyday security and safety on the front steps. We started by confirming the existing brick pier spacing, stair slope, and latch/hinge swing direction on site, then finalized a matching set that included a stainless steel pedestrian gate, coordinated fence panels, and stair handrails to keep the whole frontage visually consistent. After fabrication, our team installed the gate frame square to the brick piers, anchored posts securely, adjusted hinge alignment for a smooth, quiet swing, and set the lock/latch height for comfortable daily use. The railings were measured to follow the stair angle precisely and were fixed with solid base connections to avoid wobble. The finished look is a polished stainless steel system with decorative elements, and any non-stainless color parts (such as gold-tone caps/ornamental details) are specified as powder coated accents to ensure a unified, durable finish outdoors
