Custom Stainless Steel Gate & Railing Upgrade (Powder Coated Accents Where Needed)
This project focused on upgrading a Chelsea property’s entry and access points with a clean, durable stainless steel gate-and-railing solution that improves both security and curb appeal. After a site check and measurements of the brick pillars, stair run, and walkway width, we confirmed swing direction, latch position, and clearance to ensure smooth daily use. We then produced a matching set using corrosion-resistant stainless steel frames with decorative panels to keep the look upscale while still maintaining visibility. For any non-stainless “colored” finishes shown on the installation (such as matte black sections or darker hardware), we specified powder coated finishing to maintain a consistent appearance and better surface protection. The installation included precise anchoring to masonry, hinge alignment, level correction, and final tuning of closing gaps so the gates open and close quietly and sit perfectly centered. The completed result delivers a stronger entry boundary, a more premium street-facing look, and a cohesive stainless steel style across the property.
