Custom Stainless Steel Frameless Shower Glass Package (Powder-Coated Hardware Options)
This Chelsea renovation involved upgrading multiple bathrooms with a clean, modern frameless shower-glass look while keeping everything easy to maintain. After an on-site measurement and layout check (including tub edges, curb height, wall plumb, and drain slope), we confirmed the opening sizes and recommended the right configurations: a barn-style sliding shower door for a wide opening, a hinged panel setup for a tighter space, and a tub screen solution where a full enclosure wasn’t needed. All glass was fabricated to fit tight tolerances, with cutouts prepared for shower controls and niche areas, then delivered with protective packaging.
For the hardware, the core system is stainless steel, and any non–stainless original finish in this project was specified as powder coated—including powder coated matte black track/rollers and powder coated brushed gold bar/rollers/handles to match the bathroom fixtures. Installation focused on precise alignment (level track, smooth roller travel, consistent door gaps), secure anchoring into studs or reinforced backing, and clean waterproof sealing along the base and wall joints. After final adjustments and a water test, the doors glided smoothly, closed tightly, and the overall finish delivered a bright, high-end “hotel bathroom” feel with durable stainless performance.
