This project focused on upgrading a newly renovated multi-level townhouse with a clean, modern safety solution: glass balcony guardrails paired with an exterior metal railing system. The client wanted unobstructed views and maximum daylight on the upper terraces, while keeping the look sharp and architectural from the rear façade.

We installed GLASS RAILINGS along the balcony edges to create a bright, open feel, and integrated RAILING components for the exterior stair and landing areas to ensure safe access between levels. The finished system delivers a minimal sightline design, strong structural support, and a durable, weather-ready solution—ideal for NYC townhouse renovations where aesthetics and code-compliant safety both matter.
