This homeowner wanted a cleaner, more secure entrance for a narrow NYC-area driveway while keeping the facade looking upscale. After confirming the clear opening width, slope, and post conditions, we proposed a stainless steel gate solution with a smooth daily-use experience and stronger privacy. The project included a modern horizontal-slat privacy gate finished in powder coated black for a bold, low-maintenance look, along with stainless steel ornamental gate styles featuring decorative elements to match traditional brick and stone surroundings. We coordinated hardware and lock placement, verified hinge/track alignment, and ensured the gate panels were reinforced to stay stable over time.
