Custom Glass Stair & Mezzanine Guardrail (Stainless Steel + Powder Coated Handrail/Brackets)
This project upgraded a modern residential interior with a clean, open guardrail system around the stairwell and upper landing. After confirming on-site measurements and aligning the railing lines with the marble stair finish, we fabricated tempered clear glass panels with stainless steel base/side mounting hardware for a seamless look and strong structural support. Because the design called for a darker/golden accent rather than raw stainless tone, the top handrail and select mounting components were finished in powder coated metal to match the interior style. Installation included precise leveling, secure anchoring into the structure, careful glass setting, and final alignment so the transitions at corners and stair runs stayed straight and visually continuous. The result is a bright, modern railing that keeps the space safe while maintaining a high-end, “floating” feel.
