This NYC-area renovation needed a clean, modern safety solution that would keep sightlines open indoors and outdoors. We supplied a full railing package using stainless steel hardware with clear tempered glass panels, covering the interior stair opening/landing, the stair run, and the rooftop terrace perimeter for unobstructed views. Because several sections required a darker/white architectural look to match the new finishes, the non–natural stainless parts were specified with powder coated frames/posts (including black and white-coated elements) while keeping stainless steel connection points for durability. After confirming site dimensions and corner angles, we pre-fabricated the glass sizes and mounting positions, then completed on-site installation with precise alignment, secure anchoring, and final edge/fit checks—delivering a seamless, high-end result that feels safe, bright, and visually lightweight across the entire property.
