For this NYC-area residential upgrade, the homeowner wanted stronger security at street-facing windows and side access points, while keeping the exterior clean and consistent with the brick façade. We started with an on-site measurement of multiple window openings (including bay-style windows) and the side/yard entry areas, then confirmed spacing, mounting surfaces, and swing/lock directions. The project was produced in stainless steel with precision welding and finishing, and any non–stainless-original-color sections were completed as powder coated to match the home’s look (including darker security grills and select light-toned frames). After fabrication, our team installed the custom window guards, fitted the window well covers with clear panels for visibility and weather protection, and mounted the entry/side gates with aligned hinges and secure latch/lock hardware. The final result added everyday security and a more polished curb appeal without making the home feel closed-in.
