This project was for a multi-family property where the owner wanted to upgrade safety without making the building feel closed-in. After confirming window and opening sizes on site (front façade, side yard, and lower-level openings), we produced a full set of custom stainless steel security guards and gates to match different conditions—standard window guards, larger multi-panel guards for wide openings, a compact basement/hatch-style cover for a low sill area, and multiple access gates for walkways and rear entries. For locations that needed a darker or lighter finish to blend with existing frames and walls, we delivered stainless steel pieces with powder coated finishes (black/white), while the rest stayed in the classic stainless look. Installation included drilling and anchoring into brick/stucco, fine-tuning clearances for window operation, reinforcing hinge/lock points on gates, sealing around contact points, and a final alignment + safety check to ensure everything opened smoothly and sat clean and square.
