This NYC-area townhouse project started with an onsite measurement to confirm exact openings for the front yard gate, a narrow side/alley gate, and multiple ground-level window guards. Based on the existing brick/stone columns and the client’s preference for a clean but upscale look, we finalized a matching design language across all pieces—stainless steel frames and bars with decorative accents where needed for curb appeal. After shop drawings were approved, we fabricated the full set, pre-fit hinges and lock positions, then scheduled installation. Our crew removed/avoided interference with existing walls and utilities, anchored the frames into masonry/columns, adjusted swing clearance and latch alignment, and completed final polishing and cleanup. For any non-stainless-original-color units in this set (e.g., the modern black gate), we supplied powder coated finishing on stainless steel to achieve the requested color while maintaining durability. The project closed with a function test (open/close, latch, lock) and a final handover confirming smooth operation and a consistent exterior look.
