Custom Stainless Steel Security Doors & Frameless Glass Installations (Powder Coated Finishes)
This project near Long Island City focused on upgrading both interior wet areas and exterior entry points using custom stainless steel systems. After an on-site assessment, we evaluated wall structures, opening dimensions, and finish requirements to confirm final drawings and fabrication specifications. For the bathrooms, frameless tempered glass shower enclosures were custom-built to match each layout, providing clear sightlines, accurate panel alignment, and reliable door movement. All fittings were produced in stainless steel, with non-natural finishes completed in powder coated matte black to complement the modern interior design.
On the exterior, stainless steel security doors with reinforced grille patterns were installed at main and secondary entrances to enhance safety without blocking light or ventilation. Door frames and hardware were carefully anchored and adjusted on site to ensure smooth operation, proper locking, and long-term durability. Once installation was complete, all doors and glass systems were inspected for alignment, sealing, and daily usability, followed by a full surface clean and final handover. The finished project delivers a consistent, contemporary look with robust stainless steel construction suited to the demands of New York residential properties.
