This Queens project focused on upgrading multiple building entrances with custom stainless steel security door systems to improve safety, durability, and overall curb appeal while keeping visibility and airflow. After an on-site visit, we confirmed each opening size, wall conditions (brick/stone façades), and existing frame alignment, then finalized the grille patterns, glass cutouts, and hardware positions for smooth daily use.

The scope included several single-entry security doors with integrated grille panels and decorative stainless detailing, as well as a matching double-door set for a wider exterior opening. For select entrances, we also coordinated stainless trim coverage around the perimeter to create a cleaner, more finished look against uneven masonry edges. During installation, frames were reinforced and leveled, door closers and locksets were set to the correct swing and clearance, and all components were tested for alignment, latch engagement, and stable operation. After final adjustments, we cleaned and inspected the surfaces and confirmed the doors opened and closed smoothly with consistent gaps and reliable locking. The completed entrances now deliver a cohesive stainless steel look with stronger protection suited for long-term residential use in New York’s urban environment.
