Custom Stainless Steel Security Doors, Window Guards & Entry Canopies (Powder Coated Accents)
This Queens project included multiple stainless steel upgrades across a residential property to improve security, weather protection, and curb appeal. We began with an on-site check of each opening, confirming swing direction, latch positions, and wall conditions around existing brick, stone, and siding surfaces, then finalized shop drawings for fabrication. Several custom stainless steel security doors were built for different entrances, including single-door and double-door configurations with integrated grille patterns for airflow and visibility, plus reinforced frames and heavy-duty hinges for long-term daily use. We also fabricated matching stainless steel window guards to secure basement and ground-level windows while keeping the exterior clean and consistent with the door designs.
To address rain and sun exposure at key walkways, we installed stainless steel entry canopies sized to each elevation, with clean support framing and properly aligned mounting points to suit uneven masonry lines. Where the design required darker contrast elements (such as canopy panels/trim), we used powder coated finishes to match the surrounding façade and improve overall visual balance. After installation, all doors, locks, closers, and grille panels were tested for smooth operation, alignment, and secure closing, then cleaned and handed over as a cohesive stainless steel system built for durable performance in New York’s urban outdoor conditions.
