This project upgraded a second-floor terrace with a full-width canopy to create a more usable outdoor space year-round. The client wanted dependable rain and light snow coverage while keeping the balcony bright and open, without sacrificing the clean lines of the façade.

We installed a rigid powder-coated steel frame with reinforced truss bracing and translucent polycarbonate roof panels for high light transmission and weather resistance. The extended overhang improves comfort on the terrace, helps protect doors and windows below, and delivers a neat, architectural finish that blends naturally with the neighborhood’s updated exterior style.
