Stainless Steel Pedestrian Gate & Matching Fence Upgrade (Powder-Coated Accent Collection)
This NYC-area residential project focused on upgrading the front and side entry with a coordinated stainless steel gate-and-fence set that looks clean from the street while improving daily access control. After confirming the opening sizes, post conditions, and slope at the sidewalk, we finalized a design that matched the existing brick/stone piers and kept the lines consistent across multiple sections. The system was fabricated in stainless steel with polished framing and decorative details; for any non-original stainless finishes seen on-site (including darker textured panels and certain accent elements), we used powder coated components to ensure a uniform appearance and better surface durability. Installation included anchoring to masonry/piers, aligning hinges and latches for smooth swing, adjusting clearances for seasonal movement, and verifying lockset function and closing feel. Final checks covered panel spacing, fastener security, and a full cleanup so the entryway looked finished and balanced from every angle.
