For this NYC-area residential property, the owner wanted a consistent, upgraded security look across multiple window types (standard windows, bay-style projections, basement windows, and an exterior window-well area). We scheduled an onsite check to confirm opening sizes, brick/stucco conditions, and clearance for window operation and AC ventilation. Based on the measurements, we fabricated a matched set of stainless steel window guards, including extended corner/bay configurations and a fitted window-well cover for below-grade protection. Where the client wanted non-original “steel color” aesthetics (such as black or white to match the façade), we applied a powder coated finish over the stainless steel for a clean, durable appearance. Installation was completed with secure masonry anchoring, alignment checks, and smooth-edge finishing to keep the façade neat and uniform. The final result improved safety, kept ventilation and light unobstructed, and delivered a cohesive exterior look across the whole home.
