This Chelsea residential project focused on upgrading curb appeal and daily security with a coordinated stainless steel gate-and-fence set. Based on the photos and site conditions, we supplied multiple matching pieces including a front pedestrian gate, short fence sections tied into existing brick/stone columns, and a side access gate to create a consistent look from the sidewalk through the entry path. After confirming the opening sizes, hinge positions, swing direction, and latch/lock height, we finalized an ornamental design that blends polished stainless steel frames with decorative scrollwork and gold-tone accents for a premium, classic New York townhouse style. For areas that required more screening (privacy and cleaner visuals), we used powder coated panels/finishes where the product is not in natural stainless steel color, keeping the overall set cohesive while adding better coverage. Installation was completed by anchoring posts to the existing masonry, leveling and aligning each gate leaf for smooth swing, and fine-tuning clearances so everything closes cleanly without rubbing. The finished result is a unified stainless steel entrance system that looks high-end, feels solid, and improves both privacy and security without making the façade feel heavy.
